SaaS businesses will all go to $0 in 2025

Hey, hey - it’s Mike! 😁

During yesterday’s sauna session, I practiced something the Stoics called:

“Memento Mori“

Which basically means to practice thinking about our mortality.

Now, I did not think about my own mortality during this session, actually.

But instead, applied it to SaaS.

Sometimes, it’s just good to ask yourself:

“What if everything goes south within my business, market, or even the world”

And so I came to a realization.

With AI peaking around the corner, ready to attack.

My SaaS product will probably go to $0.

In fact…

All SaaS products will go to $0.

That is if you don’t get to master this in 2025.

✅ Build distribution channels

❌ AI can clone your software, not your distribution

✅ Listen to user feedback (use Upvoty)

❌ AI won’t listen or care

✅ Move faster

❌ AI can clone fast, so go even faster

✅ Build your tribe

❌ People commit to a brand/founder. Not to an AI!

You see?

Practicing this is really liberating.

It puts things in perspective.

We humans have superpowers.

Put them into practice in 2025, and you’ll win.
